The recipe seemed quite complicated plus I already know that my man would really not like this. He isn’t into anything that is cheesy and ricotta with parmezan…. well, that is just asking [...] Ricotta and white bean salad I’ve been meaning to try out a few things by replicating an original photo. I’ve done this for the first time last year and was planning to do it every month, but work kind of got in the way of things. The thing now is that my eyes are completely puffed up from tearing so much yesterday, so it’s really not a pretty sight!
