Baking fish in parchment is one of my fave ways to prepare fish. I really like mushrooms with fish & seafood. Best wishes for your goals. [Reply]

Good luck Simone…I think your plan is a sensible one. Cooking fish in parchment paper is the best way to keep all the nutrients in. The mushrooms are a great addition. [Reply]

I must make fish in paper. It is such a healthy way to cook. I also want to drop some weight this year. I’ll be home in less than a week so will be able to get serious about it soon. [Reply]

I always enjoy your honesty.I sometimes have a hard time with my workout schedule too. Then I have to make up for it on weekend. I always go on Sat and Mon absolutely, then often sunday. That means I have to squeeze another day in, because I need four times a week. I’m doing the 2010 thing too. I want to lose 10 pounds. Good luck to you. [Reply]

As someone in holistic nutrition school, I think you’ve planned very sensible and achievable goals, unlike a lot of resolutions I have seen others set. Good for you! That fish dish looks a whole lot better than shakes! [Reply]

Those are some great goals Simone. I am with you in dieting. I hate it and I rather die than stop eating what I love, lol, but the good thing is that eating less and exercising more does the trick, generally. I also love to do different kinds of cardio, I love spinning, I think it’s the most fun exercise ever, but I also like to run and swim. And you lost 6 kilos this year already? WOW! That’s what I’ve been meaning to lose for a year, LOL. Great recipe and pictures too, as usual [Reply]

We can just buy parchment paper in the supermarket and it is the same paper you would use for baking cakes and the like. It’s not specifically for vegetables.. [Reply] |
