What a lovely lunch! I love the colour of the fresh greens!

I’ve also noticed the weird extreme opinions concerning Jamie: some adore him, others can’t stand him. I have to admit I haven’t seen or read enough of him to have a real opinion. He seems nice, and any recipes of his that I’ve come across seem quite good – that’s all I can say for now.

Beautiful picture of the cat, too. It looks peaceful – and yet still alert, as only cats can be.

I’m on the fence about Jamie Oliver, maybe more personality wise, since his flavor combos are pretty darn great, and your version of this dish, with the mint and mozzarella, is outstanding! Looks so delicious!
