 In the quest for a good christmas dinner we ended up with wanting to have a large piece of meat as the center piece of the evening. Obviously, we also didn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen on the day itself so it would have to be possible to prepare for the largest part...

So glad you tried the cranberry relish and funny that I forgot that the bitterness goes away once it is chilled. Put that down to only making it once a year! And The marmelade on the ham sounds wonderful! Looks pretty too. [Reply]
