I love whole wheat bread, but at times like these there are no substitutes for super-white bread. Looks wonderful Simone, I like the light on the sprigs of dill!!! Clotted cream would also be my choice for the scones!!!

These look wonderful. The dill is just the right color punch. I love your photos–I study them for composition and presentation ideas. Then I have to go fix something to eat, ’cause they make me hungry!

Sometimes timing is perfect even when you don’t think so. I would be the one chomping on the salmon tea sandwiches because I have no sweet tooth. I was once invited to a tea where there was ONLY sweets and I was miserably hungry.
You are so lucky to have a studio. I have a table in front of a window with hanging velum. First I have to take everything off of it. It’s always a big deal for me to photo food. One day I’ll set myself up right, once I get the RIGHT lens. one day….
