I think I’m the only one on the planet that isn’t into Harry Potter! Never read a book or seen a movie. I almost feel like I’m missing out

Oh I love couscous. It’s great because it soaks up almost any flavor, is cheap and quick to make…all positives in my book:) I love how summery your meal looks too. Oh I’m also a big Harry Potter fan. I agree it’s amazing how grown up they are now.

I always love couscous! It’s so refreshing in the summer as a salad!

Would you believe I have read all the Potter books and have never seen any of the movies? Well, I saw bits and pieces of them on television. But we are thinking of seeing this one, eventually – when the movie theatres aren’t quite so packed!

That couscous salad looks so refreshing and beautiful, the perfect summer salad – absolutely mouth -watering. That said, we had some mad humidity here the past severl days, and it affected the latest *fill in the blank* challenge big time! Just can’t bake in humidity! Now I have to start over…ack!

On a Potter note, I’ve read all the books and seen all the movies thus far, so I’m looking forward to seeing the latest. I’m not shocked at all that all the theaters were packed

Is that how your fish was presented? It looks beautiful! So does your couscous salad for that matter! Yesterday I also had a couscous salad at the farmers market that was very similar to yours but had cranberries instead of ham (And a bit of oil that I could have done without, I’m with you on that one!)
It sounds like you had a great time last night,minus some of the food. I’m not a big fan of Harry Potter, but everyone around me is so I’m sure I will see the movie. I find that the movies are great entertainment so I don’t really mind!

I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the feta & watermelon salad. Although I’m not so sure about the chilli and pickled raisins, watermelon & feta can be a terrific combination when done well.

I just had a couscous salad last night at a party and it was good, but it was missing something… I think yours would be even better, though. And regarding Harry Potter new movie… eh, I really didn’t like the direction this time. I agree that the special effects and even the acting was good… and I’ll stop there because I know you loved the movie LOL :-p

Hoisin chicken with couscous and asparagus

I can’t really think of many dishes where chicken won’t go with. It must be one of the most versatile meats out there. In fact I think I heard people say they are vegetarian but do eat chicken.. (not that that makes a lot of sense to me, but hey… I am not a vegetarian!)...
