 O, haha… in case you think I have lost my mind… it’s not so bad really. I just couldn’t resist to name this post after the official Thai title. Probably not so weird sounding if your Thai (I hope not at least) but if you’re anything like me you have no clue what this recipe...

I am a Jamie lover, too. Did not know about the app. He is the KING. I have learned so much from reading his books. He is the consumate educator… unlike so many other Chef authors that don’t even really write their cookbooks. LOVE HIM… now, I am going to find my iphone and downlod that app! [Reply]

Now, why would anyone hate Jamie? Last night I prepared a morrocan noodle dish I found on his website, shrimp and vermicelli stuffed whole fish with morrocan spices, baked in the oven. I would challenge any Jamie hater to give this recipe a try and than tell me if they still hate him! Super delicious! [Reply]

Honestly, not a fan of Jamie on TV – he is just too hyper for me but I do admire what he has done in the realm of cooking, his charities, his cookbooks etc. And I am a big fan of the Dan Dan noodles. They look yummy! [Reply]

It’s true. No matter what your feelings are about Oliver (the person), Oliver (the chef) is pretty amazing. His food brings the best out of quality ingredients… and this is a great example. Don’t you just love the perfumey nature of Szechuan peppercorns? [Reply]

 I wasn’t planning on shooting our evening meal but due to a slight form of miscommunication it turned out I had to eat alone as Tom was going to his grandma first. She had a bit of a nasty accident involving grandpa and a car… I won’t go into the details but it’s not pretty...

Well…. sugar snaps is a kind of snap pea. I am not sure how else to explain; but it’s a grean bean which is slightly rounder then a regular snap pea (mange tout) and very tasty. I hope that explains it! if not I will take a photo of it to show you! [Reply]

I LOOOVE dan dan noodles, so since you gave me the recipe, the affection is translated!! 
Oh well, I know you love me anyway and would certainly whip up something this yummy if I dropped by for lunch. I like his cooking style and flavors and enjoy his cookbooks. This looks like a great dish my family would love.
