		<description>To be honest the recipe did call for taking the pips out, but I haven&#039;t done that as I figured I eat the fruit with the pips so why bother...? I do think it would have made the process of dipping the bread in the puree easier if I had done it. You can use a seave to get the pips out. Just rub it through a fine seave. Ok, I don&#039;t know the word as it turns out... It&#039;s a kitchen aid which you also use to drain vegetables for instance. Not a collander but with smaller holes...:) Sorry, can&#039;t seem to find the proper english word!
