So glad you tried the cranberry relish and funny that I forgot that the bitterness goes away once it is chilled. Put that down to only making it once a year! And The marmelade on the ham sounds wonderful! Looks pretty too.

7 kilo!! Wow…. I am glad we actually can get smaller ones! This one was very small with one kilo, but still… imagine having to eat a 7 kilo ham with 6 people…
