		<description>SO, even though I&#039;m not a daring baker, last week I made this Tiramisu. I made the masarpone, went through the agonising when the milk didn&#039;t curdle, even though it thickened and was AMAZED at the miracle the next day. I guess its just nice to know how to make stuff even if you&#039;ll go out and buy a pack/can the very next day! I also agree that it was firm the next day, perhaps more so than store-bought. I used orange as my dominant flavours, with some cointreau and this was BY FAR the best Tiramisu I had ever had/made. Verrukelijk!</description>
