Wow the pictures are great. I’m not a huge fan of seafood in general but I think it would be fun learning more about it. I do not mind oysters Rockefeller but that is the only way I like them.

Great post and neat pictures- especially love the black and white. I don’t think I’ll ever be a lobster killer either! I mean…I love to eat it….but I can’t even think about those poor little guys boiling away!! Looks like a fabulous lesson.

I quite agree about oysters! But I loooove any kind of crustaceans. Can’t help myself!
