This looks lovely. I’ve also made a version of these same tarts with some asparagus atop the mushrooms, and a sprinkle with grated lemon zest.

Simone, I feel like I haven’t been here in forever! I’ve missed you! Everything looks delicious but especially these lovely little tarts. I have some left over puff in the freezer so I may have to try this!
