So much has happened this year both personally and professionally and now… it is almost over and another year is waiting to be filled… I am kind of glad the whole christmas is over, as much as I love and hate it..:) It was fun, we...  Today seemed to be one of those days that everything goes wrong…. We went away early morning for some last minute christmas presents. We really thought we had everything covered on time, only to realise yesterday evening that we had forgotten the presents for my in-law’s… Oops… At least we found out before the actual... no comments  Today was that dreaded day of the year when the christmas groceries have to be bought. We purposefully did not leave it untill the very last minute to do it, as on wednesday I am sure it is a struggle for live to even get into the supermarket and I have not mentioned the car... no comments  After all the recipes that we tried previously we wanted to do a few extra as not all the dishes were satisfactory and you want to have enough choice when you’re doing a buffet right?
